Le nom GIMBER fait évidemment référence à notre principal ingrédient : gingembre. Notre fondateur, Dimitri, parle le néerlandais, le français et l’anglais à la maison. En mettant les mots « gember », « gingembre » et « ginger » dans un mixeur, on obtient GIMBER.
